Clothing - Undergarments - Poor Condition

Consider repairing or repurposing old garments before donating your clean (stained, ripped, holes okay) textiles to large charity thrifts - like GoodWill and Salvation Army - whose infrastructure gets textiles to the rags market, and/or shredded for carpet padding & upholstery stuffing. Textiles that are wet, soiled (bodily fluids), moldy, or have bed-bugs belong in the trash.
