Illegal Dumping Information

Report trash and debris in unincorporated Alameda County - including creeks and waterways - to the Mobile Citizen App through Alameda County Public Works Agency or by calling (510) 670-5480.

Report dumping along the freeways and off-ramps to CalTrans noting the Situation Type as Litter - Trash & Debris.

For railroad right-of-ways locations, report to Union Pacific Railroad online or by phone 1-888-877-7267.
