Illegal Dumping Information

In Fremont, find illegal dumping resources here. Report items dumped: in progress by calling the Fremont Police at 510-790-6800, #3, on public spaces, sidewalks, streets through FremontApp.com or 510- 979-5700, and on private property FremontApp.com or 510- 979-4570 (property owner responsible for clean up; enforcement requires photo or video evidence identifying the dumper).

Report Storm Drain dumping through Fremont Environmental Services, FremontApp.com, environment@fremont.gov, or by calling (510) 494-4570 M-F 8-5, and 911 after hours.

Report dumping along the freeways and off-ramps to CalTrans online noting the Situation Type as Litter - Trash & Debris.

For railroad right-of-ways locations, report to Union Pacific Railroad online or by phone 1-888-877-7267.
