Report items dumped: in progress by calling the Fremont Police at 510-790-6800, #3, on public spaces, sidewalks, streets through FremontApp.com or 510- 979-5700, and on private property FremontApp.com or 510- 979-4570 (The City can only enforce on the dumper if there is photo or video evidence that identifies the dumper; The property owner responsible for clean up.).

Report dumping along the freeways and off-ramps to CalTrans online noting the Situation Type as Litter - Trash & Debris.
