Residential (household) Program: Free drop-off for hazardous wastes generated in the course of living in and maintaining your place of residence in Alameda County. Drop-off during open hours (online appointment no longer necessary). Driver's License required and/or proof of residence if recently moved or in the military. Drop-off for Rental Property Owner's is free with program registration. Free Reuse Shed Saturdays 3-4pm (Oct 2023 reopening).

Fuel | Fuel & automotive fuel filters. Fuel can be transported in a container other than a gas can , so long as the container is sealed and compatible with the waste. Fuel containers can be emptied and returned – after the facility closes for drop-off for the day (generally after 2:30pm) or a following open day up to a month later. Label your container with your name and phone number. No appointment needed to pick up a container. |
