Paid drop-off program for Alameda County small quantity generators when Facility is open. Any Alameda County business that generated the waste is eligible – not restricted to small businesses. Minimum charge, see online form for details and pricing. Accepted Items: latex paint, aerosol cans, fluorescent lamps, and household batteries. For pick up of haz waste, search this tool for a Hazardous Waste company (fees apply). The paint sale program at the Oakland HHW facility happens Tuesdays from 9:00AM and closes at 12:00PM (noon) - $25 per 5 gallon pail available in white and beige.
