Residential Program: Free drop-off for hazardous wastes generated in the course of living in and maintaining your place of residence in Alameda County. Drop-off by online Appointment Only. Driver's Licence required and/or proof of residence if recently moved or in the military. Drop-off for Rental Property Owner's is free with program registration.
