Accepts the materials listed below at no charge from residents of West County only (Crockett, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Kensington, Montalvin Manor, North Richmond, Pinole, Port Costa, Richmond, Rodeo San Pablo, Tara Hills, Tormey and other unincorporated areas in West County). Proof of residency required, a driver's license is preferred, but will accept garbage or utility bill. Transportation Limits for Residents - 15 gallons or 125 pounds, Small Businesses - 27 gallons or 220 pounds. No containers larger than 5 gallons. Please call or visit their website for additional details on transportation limits and delivery requirements.
West County businesses generating less than 27 gallons or 220 pounds of hazardous waste per month may participate in the Very Small Quantity Generator Program (VSQG) at the West Contra Costa Permanent HHW Facility located in Richmond.
