Resale of household goods, building materials and supplies. Drop-off: 900 Murray Street, Berkeley. Some items may be eligible for buyback or trade credits. Free pick up for many large durable items within a 50 mile radius of Berkeley. (510) 841-SAVE, ext. 313. Dropping off: go to 927 Folger Avenue on the south-east side of the building. The Receiving Department's email is gsreceiving@urbanore.com and their extension is 314. Pick-ups of large items or quantity: may take a few days to return inquiry, email ot@urbanore.com. Building Materials Department handles its own receiving for everything outside plus doors, trim, and flooring inside. Enter the main parking lot and make a left to arrive at the stop sign. Furniture - Small - Working Solid wood furniture is preferred. Furniture should be fully assembled with no missing pieces, and upholstery should be unstained without tears. Particle-board furniture must be in near-perfect condition to be accepted. Furniture with chipped lead paint not accepted. No child related items - cribs, high chairs, walkers, etc.

Particle-board furniture must be in near-perfect condition to be accepted. (No bedding or linens.) Furniture with chipped lead paint not accepted. We cannot accept sofa-beds and generally reject recliners with heavy metal machinery inside. We will consider chairs or small sofas with antique carved or exposed frames that may be worth upholstering and restoration.

Refrigerator - Working $35. We do not accept freezers, refrigerators, or air conditioners that use chlorofluorocarbons (freon). We do sometimes accept clean small refrigerators that sit on a table or fit under counters, the kind students use. We will usually want to plug it in for a few minutes to see if it gets cold.
