Your patronage of The Thrifty Kitty supports the homeless pets being cared for at Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS). To donate items, you must schedule a drop-off appointment. Sorry, no walk-ins. Park behind 1509 Webster Street next to the orange poles and we will sort your items. Please be prepared to take all boxes and packaging back to recycle at home.

You can still support Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter by selling your item through Sell for Good, a service provided by the NextDoor social network. Here's how.

Clothing - Good Condition Men's, women's (especially plus sizes) and children's clothes that are clean and in good condition, including pants, shirts, dresses, skirts, sweaters, coats, and workout clothes. Vintage concert t-shirts.

Collectibles Interesting decorative items in excellent condition. If you desire, you may lightly pack breakables for the car trip to the store. Framed or mounted-canvas artwork in any medium or size. Must be at least 8.5" X 11" and clean, with no broken glass or other damage.
