One pick up for three services - recycling (ex. ewaste, scrap metal, non-working appliances), selling (ex. collectibles, furniture, sports equipment, working appliances), and donation (for what doesn't sell or has condition issues). Pick up fee is by volume. Resale is at their consignment store, Reperch, and donation partners include GoodWill, Salvation Army, Community Thrift and Urban Ore. Pick-up staff come into the residence to move items from their location. Pick up areas. Delivery is available for a fee in the Bay Area. FAQ
