They accept certain PAP machines based on their age. They will ask you to send a picture or description of the machine you wish to donate so they can find out if they can get parts (for the older machines). They also accept donations of supplies if they are still in their original packaging and unopened. Submit the CPAP donation form found on the website or email to inquire about equipment you wish to donate. All donations must be pre-approved. Sender must be willing to pay shipping charges. A charitable donation letter will be provided.
