Peninsula Food Runner currently supports Food Donors and Recipient Agencies primarily in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. We also directly support several Recipient Agencies in San Francisco, Oakland, Fremont, Hayward, Newark, and Union City. For Donor and Recipients in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties, contact us for our partner organizations. They pick up excess food for free from restaurants, caterers, bakeries, hospitals, event planners, corporate cafeterias, and hotels, to be delivered to those in shelters, feeding programs, and 100% affordable housing where food insecurities and hunger are most common.
