Program uses donated paper bags to distribute non-perishable foods to low income seniors run by the Elder Care Alliance. Please donate clean, folded, handled (preferable), paper bags. Donation Location: The Mercy Care & Retirement Center 3431 Foothill Blvd, Oakland CA 94601 Daily 7am- 7pm Distribution map: Call to arrange drop off to: Livermore, Pleasanton, Hayward, San Leandro, Emeryville, Albany and Berkeley. When on-site, go inside the doors off of Foothill Blvd, or use the back parking lot by the roundabout to find the Receptionist for drop-off.
