Hayward Residents have access to the facility only through registration on Disposal Days. Learn more here on the program page of the City of Hayward website or contact City Maintenance Services at (510) 881-7745 or disposal@hayward-ca.gov. Registration includes drop-off of up to five (5) cubic yards, the equivalent of one pick-up truck full of household items, including furniture, mattresses, and appliances at no cost six times per year on the second Saturday of the months of February, April, June, August, October and December.
