The mission of Food Runners is to help alleviate hunger in San Francisco, to help prevent waste and to help create community. For residents: you can take the food direct to any one of these recipients. For commercial: call and leave a message with the type and amount of food (any amount welcome) and your name and business address (morning calls: same-day pick-up, afternoon calls: next morning pick-up). For late night donations you are welcome to take the food yourself to Walden House, the kitchen door is on the northeast corner of Fillmore and Hayes.
