The East Oakland Collective supports residents of East Oakland, prioritizing Black residents, to navigate challenges and barriers to inequities through resource distribution and advocacy. We work towards racial and economic justice and equitable access. Our work includes homeless services and solutions, economic empowerment and community action. Program areas include: Economic Empowerment, Homeless Services & Solutions, Food and Supply Distribution, Civic Engagement & Leadership, and Wellness, Resource & Outreach.

Cars & Boats Motor vehicles. Accepted only for the redistribution to unhoused or low-income persons in need. Working condition (drivable), clean title, and registration in good standing with DMV.

Food for Donation Non-perishable: Canned goods, Shelf stable/dry goods, Halloween candy. Perishable: Must come from a commercial kitchen (catering, restaurant, food service); bulk food items, individually packaged prepared or ready-made meals. No homemade foods. No expired items or nearing expiration. No damaged or open packaging.
