Accepts the materials listed below at no charge from residents of Antioch, Bay Point, Bethel Island, Brentwood, Byron, Discovery Bay, Knightsen, Oakley, Pittsburg and other unincorporated areas in East County. Please call or visit their website for accepted and unaccepted items as well as details on transportation limits and delivery requirements. Special Events are held in Brentwood (second Saturday of October each year), Oakley (second Saturday of May each year) and Discovery Bay (third Saturday of June each year).

Small quantities of hazardous waste are accepted for a fee on an appointment only basis from qualifying non-profit groups, landlords, condo operators, small businesses, and other eligible organizations or commercial entities.
