Bloom provides free wardrobes to men, women, and children to boost their self-esteem and self-confidence. Bloom, formerly Image for Success, was founded by Barbara Lee in 1999 to serve women in Marin County. Barbara Lee’s vision was to provide a positive and personalized shopping experience for women that could boost their self-image while finding suitable clothing for a job interview. In 2022 Bloom Marin became a program of YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley.

Donations are accepted Wednesday and Friday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the back of the Bloom building. We do not accept items that have stains, rips, or tears. We do not accept used socks, undergarments, snow gear or boots, or used swimwear.

Donated items must be current (no more than 3 years old) professional and casual clothing commonly seen in the modern workplace or school. We accept vintage clothing in excellent condition. We accept unused makeup and toiletries.
