Bandung Books is a third world community bookstore in East Oakland, California. Bandung Books was started in 2019 by the Collective that runs East Side Art Alliance and the EastSide Cultural Center. The Bandung Conference took place in Indonesia in 1955 and ushered in what became known as the Bandung Era. New and used books, records, posters, on Black, Asian, Raza/ Indigenous histories, stories poetry and art.
