Holiday Closure: 2022 Thanksgiving Day (Open 12/24/22 & 12/31/22)

Residential Program: Free drop-off for hazardous wastes generated in the course of living in and maintaining your place of residence in Alameda County. Drop-off during open hours. Driver's Licence required as proof of residence (contact-free scan). If your Driver's License is out of Alameda County, bring recent proof of residency like utility bills, rental or ownership papers. Swap Shed open during open hours.

Fuel Fuel & automotive fuel filters. Fuel can be transported in a container other than a gas can , so long as the container is sealed and compatible with the waste. Fuel containers can be emptied and returned – after the facility closes for drop-off for the day (generally after 2:30pm) or a following open day up to a month later. Label your container with your name and phone number. No appointment needed to pick up a container.
