Paid drop-off program for Alameda County small quantity generators when Facility is open. Any Alameda County business that generated the waste is eligible – not restricted to small businesses. Minimum charge, see online form for details and pricing. Accepted Items: latex paint, aerosol cans, fluorescent lamps, and household batteries. For pick up of haz waste, search this tool for a Hazardous Waste company (fees apply). Download Bill of Lading for details and pricing. (click for map and directions). See schedule online. Batteries - Industrial Lithium & Lion batteries & batteries greater than 9 volts must have terminals insulated (taped). The cut off for accepting Lithium ion batteries such as these is 60 Watt Hour per cell 300 Watt hours per battery and a maximum of 11 pounds per battery.
