Small Household Appliances - Non-working
Find upcoming in-person Repair Clinics in Alameda County using StopWaste's Repair Workshop Calendar, or find DIY repair resources at online sites like iFixit. Consider posting online for those willing and able to make the repairs, or so the parts can be used to repair something similar.
Make sure it's not electronic waste which needs special handling. Mostly metal small appliances with no complicated electronics may be recyclable through scrap metal recyclers.
