Your Online Guide for Reuse, Repair, Recycling, and Safe Disposal
Serving Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and the City of Palo Alto

What do I do with:

Balloons - Used

A brightly colored sac that is inflated with air, helium, or water and then sealed at the neck, used a decoration or children's toy.

Mylar balloons may be refilled/reused. Consider sharing bouquets of balloons with the community when you are done with them to be used for an additional celebration. Protect local animals from accidental ingestion by insuring they don't fly away and pick up pieces of water balloons after enjoyment.
