On-Call Clean-ups: Republic Services provides two (2) on-call garbage clean-ups [discard up to two cubic yards or approx. fourteen 32-gallon bags of extra trash] and two (2) on call recycling/green waste cleanups per year for single family customers.   • Motor Oil
    Put motor oil in clear plastic container like a milk jug. Tape lid to close it securely. Max 3 gal. of oil per pickup. Place oil beside your recycling container.
  • Moving Boxes & Packing Materials
    Consider reusing and donating whenever possible. Remove all packing material, flatten and place in your recycle cart. Recycle paper packing material. Plastic packing material goes in garbage cart. Large amounts of moving boxes and paper packing materials can be recycled using on-call recycle clean-up.   • Non-ferrous Scrap Metal
    Must fit in cart with lid closed. If too large to fit in cart, contact hauler to schedule an on-call recycle clean-up.
  • Oil Filters
    Crush, open or puncture, then drain oil filter (with puncture at lowest point) to ensure the anti-drain-back valve is empty. Place filter in sealable plastic bag, i.e. Ziploc bag, seal. Place bagged oil filter beside your recycling container.
